2. Description of Service

BuryIt is an anonymous social platform where users can share personal stories, failures, regrets, and secrets in a supportive community environment. Users can "bury" their stories at locations on a map and interact with others' content.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Post content that targets, harasses, or bullies specific individuals
Share personally identifiable information about others without consent
Post false, defamatory, or misleading information about real people or places
Use location features to harass or stalk individuals
Post content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Spam, advertise, or promote commercial content
Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service

4. Location-Based Content

BuryIt allows users to associate content with geographic locations. By using this feature:

You understand that locations are approximate and for entertainment purposes only
You agree not to post false claims about specific businesses, addresses, or locations
You agree not to use location features to target or harass individuals at their home, workplace, or frequented locations
We reserve the right to remove any location-tagged content that violates these terms

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant BuryIt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through settings.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, even if it does not explicitly violate these terms. This includes content that we determine is not aligned with the purpose or spirit of the Service. We are not obligated to provide notice or explanation for content removal decisions.

Users can report content that violates these terms, and we will review reports in a timely manner. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
